Conservatory cleaning, roof, frames and glass

What the job involves

I clean the roof panels, the glazing bars, the ridge, the finials and the box gutter where the conservatory meets the house. That box gutter is the part that matters most: when it silts up, water backs up under the flashing and finds its way inside.

Polycarbonate roofs are cleaned with a soft brush and pure water rather than a pressure lance, which would craze the surface. Glass roofs finish crystal clear and, since pure water leaves no residue, they stay clear rather than spotting on the first dry day.

Frames, sills, doors and the surrounding uPVC are washed down as part of the same job so the whole structure matches when it is done.
