Services are subject to availability and weather conditions where applicable.

Quotations

All quotations are provided free of charge and without obligation. Quotes are based on the information available at the time and may change if the scope of work changes.

Appointments

Appointment dates are agreed with customers in advance. Occasionally, appointments may need to be rearranged due to adverse weather or unforeseen circumstances. Customers will be notified as soon as possible.

Payments

Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed. Accepted payment methods will be confirmed before work begins.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring:

• Safe access to the property where reasonably possible.
• Pets are secured where necessary.
• Any known hazards are disclosed before work begins.

Liability

PW Gutter Cleans takes every reasonable care while carrying out work. However, I cannot accept responsibility for:

• Existing damage to gutters, roofs or property that becomes apparent during cleaning.
• Structural defects, loose fittings or deterioration due to age or previous damage.
• Delays caused by adverse weather or circumstances beyond my control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it cannot legally be excluded.
